+ Sentry Funding
Sentry Funding is a SaaS platform that gives solicitors access to a diverse marketplace of litigation funders.
The challenge: Sentry needed a secure, scalable case management platform to connect solicitors, funders, ATE providers, barristers, cost lawyers and other third parties — with compliance requirements spanning ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
What we built: Software engineering, infrastructure, business continuity and disaster recovery planning, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 consultancy and ongoing systems support. The Sentry Portal runs a transparent digital case file across all parties involved in a case.
The numbers: Over £120M of capital deployed through the Sentry Portal by Sentry Funding's panel of funders, across more than 25,000 cases.
+ Tiro Training
Tiro is the UK's leading training provider for science and technology apprenticeships, tackling skills shortages in critical industries that drive growth and wellbeing.
The challenge: Laboratory-based workforces need to reach competence quickly, but existing tools weren't built for the way labs actually work.
What we built: A web and mobile application to accelerate the speed to competence of laboratory-based workforces. Following a successful proof of concept, we're now developing a new software tool for live testing in laboratory environments.
The result: Proof of concept delivered and validated. Live testing tool now in active development.
+ BrightLocal
BrightLocal builds tools and services that help marketers and small businesses succeed in online marketing.
The challenge: BrightLocal's data centre networking was manual, slow to change and costly — introducing risk with every configuration update.
What we built: A fully automated, software-defined network within their data centre — a single, unified networking stack enabling rapid deployment and testing of configurations with unified observability. We've also provided a range of services over the years, including establishing their first private data centre.
The outcome: Significantly reduced costs, faster changes and none of the risks that come with a manual approach.
+ Chordant
Chordant built Symphonia, a data sharing platform that enabled organisations to realise and monetise the data locked within their systems.
The challenge: Symphonia operated across city and regional government, civil engineering and the autonomous vehicle industry. Chordant needed an augmented SysOps team and live platform support to manage complex, multi-environment cluster lifecycles — but end-to-end builds were taking days.
What we built: Fully automated platform and operational tooling, augmented SysOps capability and live platform support across all environments.
What changed: End-to-end build times cut from days to 3 hours. Chordant could manage their entire cluster lifecycle without manual intervention.

Mucka is a voice-first AI job management app for tradespeople — handling quotes, scheduling, invoices and day-to-day admin through natural conversation.
The challenge: Tradespeople lose hours to admin. Mucka's vision is to become the go-to digital assistant for the trades — but turning a voice-first AI concept into production-ready technology required deep platform, AI and infrastructure expertise.
What we built: Software engineering, AI and voice platform development, infrastructure architecture and strategic technical consultancy. From platform strategy to a scalable, API-first architecture — built to move fast without cutting corners.
